Deepdale is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and lies to the North West of Whernside, which makes up part of the 24.5 miles (39.2Km) Three Peaks Walk. Close by is the village of Dent with its cobbled streets and the home to the highest railway station in the country. The scenery from the top of Whernside on a clear day is breathtaking. Even the Isle of Man and be seen on such a day.
