Lichens of Upper Swaledale
November 12 @ 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
A walk led by Sue & Les Knight who live locally and record the lichens of Upper Swaledale. There will be an initial introductory session, with hand lenses, in the visitor centre to allow familiarisation with some species before a local walk. The speed of the walk is often described as ‘glacial’ to allow everyone to study the various specimens.
