Night Photography and Stargazing at Ashes Farm
October 14 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Join us at Ashes Farm for a night under the stars, put your newly acquired skills to use, and share your discoveries while enjoying a bite to eat.
This event is a one-of-a-kind photography and stargazing opportunity where you can learn about night photography. Prior to the event, you will have the opportunity to enrol in a free Learn Night Photography course taught by Gary Lintern of Star Safaris. This consists of three online meetings. Nonetheless, this is not required to attend the event.
The Yorkshire Dales National Park has been granted ‘International Dark Sky Reserve’ status, making it one of the best places in the world to observe the night sky. The skies are darkest around the new Moon, making it the best time to observe the stars. After you have had the opportunity to appreciate the night sky and take photographs, the evening will conclude with homemade soup and hot dogs.
Why not stay the night at Ashes Farm – they have a choice of holiday cottages
